- You are responsible for entering accurate attendee information.
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code or ID used for verification.
- Tickets cannot be duplicated, resold at inflated prices, or transferred unlawfully.
4. Event Access & Check-In
To gain access to an event, you must present a valid ticket (digital or printed). Event organizers reserve the right to:
- Deny entry to anyone with an invalid or previously scanned ticket.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the refund policy chosen by the event organizer. Our platform facilitates payments but does not decide refund eligibility.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to the event organizer.
- In case of event cancellation, organizers must notify all attendees promptly.
- Service fees may be non-refundable.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
If you create and manage events on our platform, you agree to:

- Ensure the event complies with local laws, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Handle all attendee inquiries related to your event.
- Accept liability for issues arising from event delays, cancellations, or venue changes.
7. Attendee Conduct
By attending an event, you agree to respect the venue rules, event policies, and directions provided by organizers. Violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.
8. Platform Fees
Fees for paid tickets include transaction charges, service fees, and settlement charges. These may vary depending on your region and payment method.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform including images, branding, event listings, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without prior permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability
We are a ticketing platform and do not control the execution, safety, or management of events. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
- Crowd management issues
- Accidents, injuries, or damages during an event
- Organizer misconduct or venue cancellations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, issue fraudulent tickets, misrepresent events, or engage in harmful activities.
