Simply open the event page, select your ticket type, fill in your details, and make payment. Your ticket will be emailed instantly.
All tickets are digital. You’ll receive a QR code and ticket ID via email that can be scanned at the event entrance.
Refund availability depends on the organizer’s refund policy. Some events allow refunds before the event day, while others may not.
You only need your digital ticket QR code. Some events may also require a valid ID for age-restricted access.
Ticket transfers depend on the event rules set by the organizer. If transfers are allowed, you can update the attendee details from your ticket email or dashboard.
If an event is postponed or cancelled, the organizer will notify all ticket holders via email. Refund options or new event dates will be clearly communicated.

Creating events is free. For paid events, a small service fee is deducted per ticket sold. Free events have zero charges.
